A bubbly, vibrant presenter, Kelly has a knack of connecting with people and making them like they are a key part of the event, no matter how big or small – or even through a camera lens. Kelly started hosting events from the age of 16 and has grown with the industry, changing herself and her hosting style to meet the needs of Singapore’s cosmopolitan audience.
Her mixed heritage gives her an international appeal, whilst still allowing her to genuinely connect to the local market. This ability has also allowed to her to also cross over in to the broadcast medium, working with FOX Sports Asia (formerly ESPN Star Sports), Astro (Malaysia), AXN, IMG, Mediacorp, StarHub and various independent production houses. She recently hosted the live belt and highlights coverage (Today at the Games) of the 28th SEA Games on Mediacorp, a stint that has gotten her much praise since the Games have concluded.
Kelly has covered a range of programmes, from motorsports to football, gaming to current affairs. Despite moving into the broadcast arena, Kelly still has a passion for events. Her love for connecting with people and getting instant feedback and interaction is something that still gives her a buzz. She regularly hosts marathons and mass events, but is also able to don a gown and grace a stage for a gala dinner.
